Who am I?
I am the son of an astronomer born in Africa but have spent most of my life on the south coast of England. I grew up with a keen interest for technology and a fixation for all things shiny. I originally wanted to become a computer programmer but soon got bored of that and found people who were willing to spend more time coding than I ever would or could. So I decided to change tact.
Career
My first job was technically based but I was soon lured over to the sales side with the attraction of meeting new people, gaining an insight into business process and to help people with their day to day business challenges. Oh and of course earning commission cheques whilst being successful was an added bonus.
I have been a very successful in my roles which have seen me focus in the Infrastructure and Service Management space for the last 9 years. I have been selling to and working with mainly tier 1 and tier 2 organisations ranging from global operations to regional business.
Homelife
I am passionate about my wife Emma (the love of my life and has been since we met in 1995), being successful in my professional job, technology and most of all my 2 daughters Olivia and Georgia (the other loves of my life).
Like many other people I am keen on taking photo's and have found that the instant results from digital photography has help me improve my style.

So who's this RolyMo fella anyway?
Oh and by the way. If you are wondering about the name of the blog or the reference to my nickname it is relatively simple to understand. Especially if you are a parent of children that watch cbeebies channel on UK digital TV.
My name from my mum got shortened down to Roly. Then 31 years later I see a character called RolyMo who is a storytelling mole that initially appears in the TV series called "The Fimbles" and then gets his own show called "The RolyMo Show". Stunning huh. Thought you might think so.
